Et les moteurs de recherches, qui contrairement \u00e0 votre prof de fran\u00e7ais, ne comprennent rien aux figures de style et aiment le r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous avons r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience avec un Office cantonal de circulation et de navigation (en Suisse), dont les contenus \u00e9taient jusque-l\u00e0 tr\u00e8s techniques et plut\u00f4t aust\u00e8res. En apportant une touche de storytelling et en guidant les utilisateurs dans un univers qu&rsquo;ils ne connaissent pas vraiment (et ne cherchent pas sp\u00e9cialement \u00e0 conna\u00eetre), nous avons pu simplifier l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur tout en rapprochant l&rsquo;organisation de son public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un bon contenu est souvent une question de perspective. Dans un contexte de lutte pour l&rsquo;attention, les discours d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs d\u00e9taillant les caract\u00e9ristiques du produit ou du service vendu ne passent plus.
